Who we are
Whitecrest Cleaning ("we", "us") is a London-based cleaning business registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal data you provide to us.
What we collect
When you request a quote, book a service, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect: your name, contact details (phone, email, address), service preferences, payment details (processed by Stripe), and any notes you provide about your space. We do not collect special-category data.
How we use your data
We use your data only to (a) provide the services you request, (b) communicate with you about your bookings, (c) send you marketing if you have opted in, and (d) comply with our legal obligations (e.g. accounting). We never sell your data.
How long we keep your data
Booking records: 7 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Quote requests that do not result in a booking: 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@whitecrestcleaning.co.uk. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies (for session management) and anonymous analytics (Google Analytics with IP anonymisation). We never use advertising trackers without explicit consent.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
