What’s the difference between one-off and regular cleaning?

One-off cleans are single visits — deep cleans, end of tenancy, or post-renovation. Regular cleaning is scheduled on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis at a discounted rate.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes — every visit includes professional equipment, microfibre kit and our standard eco-friendly product range at no extra cost. If you have specific brands you prefer (Mrs Hinch / Method / fragrance-free), let us know and we will use yours instead.

Are your staff insured and DBS-checked?

Accepted Answer

Every cleaner on our team is DBS-checked, fully trained and individually insured. We also hold £5M public liability and £10M employer liability cover across the company. Insurance certificates are available on request.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

No — most of our regular clients give us key access or a smart lock code. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and supervised; you will receive a clean-complete text with photos when we leave.

How does payment work?

To secure your booking, we place a small holding payment on your card ahead of your appointment — wherever possible this is a temporary pre-authorisation rather than an immediate charge. Once your clean is complete and you’re happy with the result, the hold is released and the final agreed amount is processed. It’s a simple, transparent way to reserve your slot, protect against last-minute cancellations, and give both sides confidence in the booking.

What if I am not happy with the clean?

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means if anything has been missed, we’ll send the same team back within 24 hours to put it right — completely free.

Do you cover my postcode?

Accepted Answer

We cover every London postcode within the M25, including all of zones 1–6. For some commercial contracts we also serve parts of Surrey, Essex and Kent. Type your postcode into our booking form for an instant confirmation.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. If plans change, get in touch as early as you can — we’ll always try to accommodate a new time before applying any charge.
